Enrolment
At Corowa Preschool we currently run 3-year-old and 4-year-old preschool sessions.Children are required to have turned 3 years of age prior to 31st July to attend. For 4 year old preschool children must turn 4 before 31st July in the year of attendance.
Fees
The NSW Govt funding under their Start Strong program is provided for children who are enrolled for 600hrs (=15 hrs per week) of preschool and are at least 4 years of age before 31st July. 3yo children who attend for 600hrs are partially funded. Equity funding is provided for any child enrolled at preschool who have an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander background or whose family holds a current Health Care Card/Pensioner Concession Card and attending for 600hrs.
Parent Information
At preschool, children learn life skills, develop their creativity and love of learning through the context of play, participation and thoughtful intentional teaching.

- Corowa Preschool has human resources and recruitment practices to reduce the risk of child abuse by new and existing committee of management, staff and volunteers.
- Corowa Preschool is committed to regularly training and educating our committee of management, staff, and volunteers on child abuse risks.
- We are committed to the cultural safety of Aboriginal children, the cultural safety of children from culturally and/or linguistically diverse backgrounds, and to providing a safe environment for children with a disability.
- We have specific policies and procedures in place that support our committee of management, staff, and volunteers to achieve these commitments.
Our Centre
We are a two unit centre and provide sessions for three and four year old children. We operate under the National Quality Framework which includes the Education and Care Services National Regulations 2018, National Quality Standards (NQS) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Corowa Preschool is located beside RSL Park which plays an important part of our curriculum, developing the children’s sense of community.
